This new version of the Chubby in a tiny popper, is formidable when carnivores are concentrated on prey of the same size (amphibians, insects and small fish).
Compact and well-proportioned, it casts very well with disconcerting precision thanks to its internal ballast. Able to perform a \"Walking the Dog\" type swim the Chubby Popper splashes and poppes to perfection,
to best imitate small hunted fish and trigger the attack of perch. Like any self-respecting popper, it must be effective when stopped.
To perfect the imitation with a fish tail or insect wings the \"feather hook\" is mounted like a dry fly to foil the distrust of Black-Bass and chub.
