Transport and delivery
After confirmation of the order and acceptance of payment for the transaction, Jacquet Pêche SA undertakes to have the ordered products shipped to the customer to the delivery address mentioned within a reasonable time. The reasonable deadline is defined according to the geographic destination areas of the order.
Delivery times vary depending on the geographical areas relating to the destination of the order.
For Belgium: D+2 *
For the EU: D+4 *
For the rest of the world: D+6 *
These deadlines are given for information only and may vary depending on many factors beyond our control (type of delivery person , bad weather, strike movements, etc.).
No compensation may be requested from Jacquet Pêche SA or the carrier by the buyer in the event of late delivery unless proven fault.
Upon receipt of the ordered products, the buyer or recipient must check the good condition of the product. In the event that a product is missing or damaged, the buyer or recipient must refuse the package to the carrier and send registered mail within 48 hours to Jacquet Pêche SA (10 rue Albert 1er, B-6810 PIN) or an email to the same company.
If a package is not received by the recipient following the absence of the recipient or is collected late or is not collected (after notice from the carrier), there will be no liability for Jacquet Pêche SA.
Live bait delivery:
The store declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery by the carrier.
No compensation or reimbursement may be requested from Jacquet Pêche SA by the buyer in the event of poor condition of the bait following late delivery.
