Using the same principle as the Orvis Ultralight vest, the Pro Vest is designed to offer the angler maximum freedom of movement while limiting the risk of snagging the line during casting or fighting. The ergonomics of this vest are pushed to the extreme to optimize every storage space and limit bulk. Unlike other vest concepts with prominent pockets that offer vast storage but make certain movements uncomfortable, the Pro Vest remains compact for greater comfort.
Hard to rethink a fly-fishing vest by improving ergonomics without reducing storage capacity... Orvis has met this challenge! With the vest's vertical organization, the designers of this equipment have thought of everything to enable you to carry with you boxes of different sizes, accessories and essential tools. Two loops allow you to attach a \"Tippet bar\" spool holder to both hold the vest closed securely and have the thread diameters you need to make your leaders.
The integration of accessories under the velcro fly patches is a clever way to place service buttons with a thread cutter and pliers, limiting the \"tossing\" of tools when they are not in use.
