The PRO Smooth Power Taper fly line is designed to load faster action rods. It is half a size larger than the standard AFTMA weight. The advanced compound taper design allows easier unwinding of heavier flies, including larger dries, large nymphs and streamers. The Power Taper will load a rod deeper and faster than a traditionally weighted line, helping to improve the \"load\" feel of the rod and for better timing and improved casting accuracy. The 15.25m head adds length for better line control and flight stability, and the longer head excels at repositioning on the water during long drifts.

The AST Plus treatment offers continuous glide thanks to glide agents incorporated into the material that continuously migrate to the surface of the line. This treatment lasts longer and offers eight times more glide than any other additive available for improved flotation and ultimate casting performance.
