This very fine, light and supple silk has been developed for competitive anglers who wish to replace long nymph (nylon) leaders with a silk. Why do you ask? Competition rules allow for leaders up to twice the rod length. For nymph fishing in big rivers, this is a bit short, which is why this type of line has come onto the market. This line has two loops, one at each
end and can be turned over if the first few meters of line are worn.
