Warning though, this model has a stronger capacity than the 2500SH version.
SPIKE Spinning reels are specially designed for perch and zander anglers! Lightweight, strong yet durable, super-smooth rotation and equipped with a progressive carbon drag system. Shallow spool designs are ideal for use with (fine) braid. Available from size 2000S (ideal for light spinning and jigging for perch) up to 4000SH (ideal for jigging large river pike-perch) and everything in between. Available in 5.2:1 and 6.2:1 ratios. These reels are designed by professional anglers and offer everything a zander and/or perch angler will need.
